Jensen Baird Gardner & Henry congratulates the Morrell family of Brunswick on the sale of the heating oil and propane business it successfully owned and operated for over 80 years. Michael Quinlan, of the firm’s Business Services Practice Group, and Ron Epstein, of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, were the lead attorneys on this transaction which involved real estate and other business assets related to the company’s 20 locations in Maine and New Hampshire. The transaction leaves in place approximately 300 company employees, and the new owner, the Osterman Propane Division of NGL Energy Partners LP, is well positioned to continue and expand the company’s business in Maine and New Hampshire.
