Sharra enjoys helping clients simplify their business challenges. A member of Jensen Baird’s Real Estate practice group and skilled in real estate law, she focuses her practice on real estate, business entity, and title matters. Drawn to the firm for its culture and support of a work-life balance, Sharra advises clients on purchase and sale contracts, lease and property issues, and title questions. Sharra is sensitive to a client’s need for timely and efficient legal advice, and strives to meet their needs and reduce their stress.
“It’s important for me to understand the goals my clients have in mind. I cannot meet an expectation that I don’t know about, so I ask the client to paint a picture of what their issue looks like once it has been solved. Sometimes I may need to modify my representation based on their goals, other times I may need to manage their expectations so they don’t think something is possible when it’s not. Commercial real estate isn’t as dramatic as criminal law, but the relief and reduced stress I see in clients who I can help is very rewarding.”
Sharra is a graduate of the University of New England where she received a degree in Medical Biology and received her law degree from Roger Williams University.
Sharra lives in Biddeford and practices primarily in the firm’s York County office.
