Lee is committed to providing thoughtful and honest counsel to clients to ensure that his experience and skill set can properly address the matter in which they are engaged. A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use & Permitting Practice Groups, he is adept at all aspects of real estate law. Lee has represented individuals, developers, and institutional clients in most aspects of real estate acquisition; land use planning, including municipal, State and Federal regulatory approvals for development; acquisition and development financing; leasing; and title and conveyancing matters. His work includes retail centers, hotel development, as well as single and multi-family residential developments.

Lee is a past member of the City of Portland’s Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning Board, and the City Manager’s Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) Advisory Board. Lee and his family have lived in Portland since 1982.
