As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Kyle focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial real estate and business law. Kyle is a Maine native and grew up in the small town of Litchfield, Maine.
Kyle has experience representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial negotiations to the closing table. He also has experience representing commercial landlords and tenants. He is proficient at drafting purchase and sale agreements and real estate financing documents, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and handling complex title issues on commercial properties. Finally, Kyle has experience forming business entities and drafting related business contracts and agreements.
Kyle graduated cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. Prior to law school, Kyle graduated from Bates College. While at Bates, Kyle was a member of the varsity football team for all four years. In his senior year, he was named a team captain by his fellow teammates and coaches.
Kyle currently lives in Brunswick, Maine with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, watching Boston sports, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
