We recognize that litigation is not the only effective means of resolving disputes. Other methods such as mediation, arbitration, and various alternative dispute mechanisms may, under the circumstances, be effective and cost-efficient methods for achieving the desired result. For this reason, a member of our department is a certified arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. We work closely with our clients to find the most effective and cost-efficient methods to resolve the disputes in which they find themselves.
